OEM, ODM and private label
ODM – we develop it
GDK's product strategy, R&D and design teams develop the concept, formula and package for your brand. Our R&D follows a “One Firm. One Formulation” policy.
OEM – we make it
You bring the specification or the formula; GDK procures materials and manufactures at its CGMP, ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 compliant plant.
Ready-to-market
Start from one of GDK's formula proposals and customise texture, scent, claims and package.

The GDK value chain
Development, procurement, production and logistics in one value chain.
- Samples & Market Approaches – samples and a market approach are proposed first.
- Customization on Needs – development tailored to your brand's needs.
- Ingredients & Packages – raw materials and packaging prepared and inspected.
- Production – manufacturing, filling and packaging.
- Delivery – shipment and after-launch support.
“All value chains are connected very smoothly and quickly with internal and external collaborations.” – this is GDK's Keen Speed standard in practice.
The 10-step development process
| Step | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Identification of customer needs | We clarify your brand, target consumer, market and goals. New brands and new products start here. |
| 2 | Design of product | The product is designed based on the needs identified in step 1. |
| 3 | NDA & quality test agreement | A non-disclosure agreement is signed and quality test criteria are agreed. |
| 4 | Development of marketing concept, package and formulation | Concept, container/package and formula are developed together, so they work as one product. |
| 5 | Assessment of usability, compatibility, stability and safety | The product is evaluated against four criteria. |
| 6 | Confirmation of last version of product and package | The final product and package are confirmed. |
| 7 | Order registration and manufacturing schedule | The order is registered and the production schedule is set to your launch date. |
| 8 | QC of ingredients and packaging materials | Raw materials and packaging components are inspected before use. |
| 9 | Production | Manufacturing, filling and packaging with inspected materials. |
| 10 | Delivery of product and marketing support | Finished goods are shipped and marketing support continues after launch. |
Steps 1–3 set the direction, steps 4–6 create and confirm the product, and steps 7–10 cover ordering, inspection, production and delivery. Although there are ten steps, they are all connected within one company.
