Vegan cosmetics manufacturing
An EVE VEGAN certified facility gives brands a credible starting point for vegan product lines. Combined with GDK's plant-based ingredient work — from rice, mugwort and black soybean to patented plant-extract compositions — it supports brands targeting clean and conscious beauty consumers. Vegan claims for each product are reviewed per project.
Quality checks built into development
- Step 3 – quality test agreement: test items and criteria are agreed with you before development.
- Step 5 – assessment: usability, compatibility, stability and safety are evaluated.
- Step 8 – incoming QC: raw materials and packaging materials are inspected; only approved materials go to production.

The same product should have the same quality whenever it is made. GDK runs a smart, automated process in which workers' hands do not touch the product:
Start → Automated cutting → Automated folding → Automated insertion → Automated filling → Automated packaging → Automated wrapping → Completion
Manufacturing facilities
GDK's head office and manufacturing site in Incheon combine large stainless steel manufacturing tanks with pipework and pressure gauges, pouch filling lines, conveyors and unit-carton packaging equipment. Capacity is 13,000 kg of bulk per day, 55,000 skincare units per day and 460,000 mask and patch units per day.
